Better Medical Acquires Busy Practice in Brisbane

Better Medical continues to invest and grow, recently acquiring a seventh medical practice in Queensland.

Chermside Family Medical Centre is a mixed billing practice founded in 2013 and has grown to comprise eight Doctors and pathology on-site. The clinic is located in a busy shopping centre, 12km from Brisbane’s CBD, and 10km from two existing Better Medical practices; Brisbane GP & Travel Clinic and Doctors at Eatons Hill.

Better Medical CEO Jeremy Stones says he is pleased that the company is in a strong position to continue its charter for growth and to welcome Chermside’s doctors and staff to the group.

The acquisition of Chermside Family Medical Centre increases Better Medical’s ownership to 31 clinics across South Australia, Queensland, and Tasmania.
